PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow approx. 3-4 business days for processing. You will be provided a tracking number to track your order 24hrs after a shipping label has been generated and your order has been marked complete.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, candles can not be returned or refunded. However if you receive a damaged item please email help.hernostalgia@gmail.com within 2 days or receiving your items so we can properly handle your concern.
